Apple orchards
Latgalian apple cultivars hand-picked at peak ripeness. Base for JGAN, Latvados and our vodka line.
EU-licensed craft spirits made from our own apples, cherries and blackcurrants — built for scalable wholesale volumes and private label cooperation. We answer within one to two business days.
Eight years — from a seed in the ground to a tree in full fruit. Real volumes, real revenue, real partners behind every year.
Output runs ~120 000 bottles per month (~250 pallets annually) and can scale up to 2–2.5× without adding new equipment — enough to absorb a long-term distribution contract with a single retail chain or importer.
We grow and source our own apples, cherries and blackcurrants. That's how we control quality, volumes and seasonality — and plan production long-term for our partners.

Sour and sweet cherry trees. Used for Cherry Lady, seasonal infusions and private-label dessert spirits.
Blackcurrant bushes supply our famed Upeņu Vīns, Karstvīns and balzam base — Latvia's signature berry.
On-site apiaries for our Medus Destilāts (honey spirit) + wild berries foraged within 30 km of the distillery.
„We don't buy our future. We grow it."
